Standing hamstring exercise I

8 reps x 3 sets

  • Tie an exercise band to a solid object.
  • Place the exercise band around the ankle so that the exercise band tightens.
  • Move your leg back while keeping your upper body erect, and tighten your stomach and back muscles.
  • Perform 3 sets of 8 repetitions with each leg.
